Day one of this weekend's Hot Rides Cornfest drew throngs of fans to the Laird International Raceway grounds for some sweet rides, tasty grub and hot country music.

Yesterday's entertainment was provided courtesy of local talents Wishbone, Bone Yard, Obsession and the Wild Turkeys.

Topping off the roster were a few Canadian country acts of note, including Jimmy Rankin, the legendary Good Brothers and multi-award winner, Corb Lund (pictured).

The Good Brothers treated the audience to a little surprise as they invited Corb Lund on stage to help them perform Gordon Lightfoot's Alberta Bound.

The festival continued today with stock car races, helicopter rides, and of course, more music presented by Asylum Country, Ray Lyell and the Storm, and Lonestar.
