***************************** Motor vehicle collision results in charges

HILTON TOWNSHIP, ON - (July 9) - On Sunday July 8, 2007 at approximately 11:45 p.m. a motor vehicle collision on Hilton Road, Hilton Township, Ontario was reported to the East Algoma Thessalon OPP.

The driver exited the roadway, striking a pole and fence.

The driver, David Timothy Stemp (age 34) of Hilton Beach has been charged under the Criminal Code with over 80 mgs and impaired operation.

Stemp is scheduled to appear in Thessalon court on September 27, 2007.
