Hillary Bjornaa arrested in Albert Street drug case

************************* Fourth person arrested as a result of the search warrant at 674 Albert Street West

Investigation services are continuing their investigation into the Baseline Road break-and-enter and stolen guns incident from the 25th of November.

In relation to the search warrant, a fourth person was arrested on the 25th of November at 5:26 p.m. at the police station.

It is alleged that the search warrant was executed at the accused person’s residence, 674 Albert Street West, on the 25th of November at approximately 12:30 a.m. and at the time she was not present.

During the course of the search officers located approximately 1,038 grams of cannabis marijuana and a small amount of cannabis resin.

The accused, 24-year-old Hillary Bjornaa of 674 Albert Street West has been charged with one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking in a controlled drug and one count of possession of a controlled drug.

She is to appear in bail court this morning.

Investigation Services are requesting the public’s assistance with this break-and-enter investigation.
