************************* Male arrested after several vehicles damaged on Wellington Street East
Twenty-two-year-old Cleis Neveau of no fixed address was arrested on the 2nd of December at 2:36 a.m. on Wellington Street East and charged with three counts of mischief.
It is alleged that on the 2nd of December around 2:28 a.m., the accused left a gathering at a residence in the 400 block of Wellington Street East in an agitated state and jumped on the hoods and roofs of two vehicles in the driveway causing damage to both.
He then damaged a third vehicle that was in the area by kicking the door and jumping on the hood.
Police were called and the accused fled on foot but was quickly apprehended a short distance away hiding in a rear yard of a residence.
He is to appear in court on the 4th of January.
