Earlier this morning, the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service repoted that a 1999 Chev Silverado green pickup truck was stolen from a residence in the 100 block of Barber Boulevard. We're pleased to report that the OPP found it.

************************* Recovered stolen pickup

Batchewana First Nation Police recovered a 1999 Green Chev Silverado pickup on a bush road on the Rankin Reserve at 9:15 a.m. on Friday morning the 28th of August.

The truck had been stolen from a Barber Street address in Sault Ste. Marie overnight.

A Stihl chain saw was stolen from the back of the truck.
