Producers hope local people will fill various needs.

An actor is needed for the part of a SWAT officer with the Los Angeles Police Department.

Male applicants for the one-scene speaking role will be in their mid-twenties to early-thirties.

Acting experience is preferred.

Also needed are crew members.

Positions are available in production, the location department, craft service, the art department, painting and construction, wardrobe, hair and makeup, grips and electrics, the camera crew, boom operations and driving.

If you are based in the Sault and have film or television experience, please send your resume and a brief statement describing your skills or position of interest via e-mail with “crew call" in the subject line.

Additional locations are also being sought.

Needed is a small prewar one-bedroom apartment in the style found in New York City, with crown moldings, looking like it hasn't been recently renovated.

Also required is a large, luxurious ground floor office in a modern building or complex.

Finally, a catering service will be hired to feed cast and crew from November 2 through December 4.

The service will be responsible for providing at least one and sometimes two hot meals a day for a 40-plus crew five days a week for five weeks.

Service must be able to operate outside of regular business hours, according to film production schedules.

Quality, variety, reliability and punctuality are critical.
