Officers of the Superior East Detachment in Wawa are currently investigating the theft of outboard motors.

Sometime between August 16 and September 5, the theft of a number of outboard motors was discovered at an Air Dale Fly-in Fishing Camp on Nameigos Lake.

Culprits attended the remote area and helped themselves to several outboard motors that had been left outside the camp.

Nameigos Lake can only be accessed by air and by a four-wheeler trail north of Dubreilville.
