A flip-open knife was seized late last night in the parking lot of the JBC Variety on Gore Street and three people have been charged with hanging with the wrong people there. Around 11:30 p.m., police arrested Henry Cadreau, 21, from the 100 block of Hughes Street, together with a young person.
Cadreau was on a probation order to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
The young person was on an undertaking not to associate with Cadreau.
Police found Cadreau to be in possession of a knife that opened by centrifugal force
He's charged with breach of probation, possession of a prohibited weapon and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
His little friend is charged with breach of an undertaking.
David Hache
Also charged in connection with a little friend at the JBC is David Maynard Hache, 18.
Hache was charged with breach of an undertaking that prohibited him from associating with a young person, with whom he's alleged to have been in the same vehicle. More news
