Guy on bike accused of re-shaping a pickup truck

********************* 25-year-old John MacLean of 182 Dennis Street was charged yesterday with one count of mischief.

It is alleged that on the 17th of April the accused was riding a bicycle on the sidewalk on Wellington Street East, riding against the direction of the traffic.

It is alleged that a male driver of a pickup truck attempted to turn right and the accused became irate at the driver and punched the truck's window and door panel leaving three dents.

The accused will appear in court on June 19.
