************************* Female charged with assault on security guard

Thirty-eight-year-old Claudia Lambert of #411-137 East Street was arrested on the 28th of September at 4:06 p.m. on McNabb Street and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that around 3:35 p.m. yesterday, City Police received a call regarding a female causing a disturbance at the Group Health Centre on McNabb Street and when they arrived they learned that she had spat on a security guard that was attempting to deal with her.

She is to appear in court on the 2nd of a November.

************************* Break and enter reports

- A residence was entered on Borron Avenue sometime overnight on the 28th of September. Some clothes, a television and a computer were reported stolen. - A residence on James Street was entered on the 26th of September. Jewellery, cash and some food were reported stolen.

- An attempted break and enter was reported to a residence on Wellington Street West.
