Greyhounds to auction off jerseys in support of Bon Soo

The Soo Greyhounds will auction off limited edition game-worn jerseys in support of the 60th annual Bon Soo Winter Carnival.

Bidding for the Bon Soo themed jerseys opens on Feb. 3 and runs until Feb. 12.

As part of the Bon Soo 60th Anniversary celebrations, the Greyhounds are set to wear Bon Soo theme jerseys when they host the Mississauga Steelheads on Feb. 5. Game time is 2:07 p.m.

These game-worn jerseys will be auctioned off in support of Bon Soo.

“We are so excited that two of Sault Ste. Marie’s most iconic winter brands, the Soo Greyhounds and Bon Soo, are partnering up on Feb. 5 for this special event. It will be a thrill to see the players wearing the special Bon Soo jerseys, and it’s very exciting that these limited edition jerseys will be available for auction after the game,” said Jeany White from the Bon Soo Board of Directors.

Online bidding on the Bon Soo theme jerseys will open at 9 a.m. on Feb. 3 and will run through to midnight on Feb. 12.

In-person bidding will also be available at the Soo Greyhounds home games on Sunday, Feb. 5 and Sunday, Feb 12.
