Friday morning, I watched six huge birds with enormous bills paddling in a line down our bay.
They were too far away to get a clear photo.
Moments later, they were flying over our house at Sand Bay, Goulais River.
After checking with my Peterson's bird guide, I realized that they were pelicans.
I thought you'd enjoy this photo.
