Film shoot looking for location houses in SSM

Feature film shooting throughout November 2009 in SSM is looking for houses to be used as shooting location.

Compensation available.

Large ranch house

The house must be a large, one-story bungalow/ranch house built no later than 1980, with a large living room, at least two large bedrooms, a separate hallway/foyer.

No split levels or backsplits.  

Preferably no sunken levels, just plain, flat layout.

The rooms have to be rather large to accommodate the logistics of a film shoot.

Please see pictures attached for an example of what we are looking for.

Stylish modern house

The house is supposed to be located in Malibu or the Hollywood Hills and belongs to a film star.

Not necessarily huge but very modern, with clean lines: the type of dwelling that would be featured in a decoration or architecture magazine.

"Martha Stewart" family house

Nice, traditional, well-to-do family house with high-end appliances and a warm Martha Steward decor.

Should feel like it's located in New England.

Tasteful, spacious and very comfortable.
