SooToday's own meteorologist Jerry Shields says we will see freezing rain that will bring a coating of ice in the morning before turning to rain around noon when temperatures rise.
Rain may taper off to showers in the afternoon and intensify again in the evening. 5-10 mm of rain is likely through the day.
