We thank you for your support over the last 28 years.

At least one faithful SooToday.com reader was very surprised and dismayed by the closure.

"As a customer, I was waiting for about six weeks for a simple front panel to be replaced on my front entranceway," writes Rachel Tyrrel.

"I couldn't understand why it was taking them so long to fix it. Week after week, I was told there was a delay and it would be replaced shortly.

"I was especially upset because [a company representative] had agreed that it was very dangerous and needed to be fixed ASAP. I had paid a $50 deposit as soon as I accepted their estimate."

"The only notice that The Glass Shop gave was a very small sign on their door. No calls, no message changed on their answering machine. I certainly hope I will get my deposit back very soon."
