******************** Peeper gets popped

(Blind River, Ont.) - A young person prowling at night gets arrested for trespassing at night. Sunday night just before 1 p.m. September 11, a 15-year-old female was in her bedroom and noticed a person looking in at her.

She ran from her room and reported this to her parents.

A search of the premises by the owners identified the accused as he was running away from the house.

Police patrolled the area and located the suspect just after 11 p.m.

East Algoma OPP have charged a 16-year-old male with prowl by night under the Criminal Code of Canada.

He is to appear in court in Blind River on November 14 in Blind River.

Any further details as to identity are not being released due to the age of both the complainant and the accused.
