************************* Twenty-six-year-old Gilbert Joseph Stone of 8 Henrietta has been charged with one count of fail to remain at the scene of an accident, one count of impaired driving and one count of consume over the legal limit.

It is believed that just after midnight this morning, the accused was driving a 1992 Pontiac Grand Am, when he struck a parked vehicle on Schafer Avenue.

The accused left the scene of the accident prior to police arrival and was located a short distance away on Wellington Street West.

At the time of this incident the accused was on conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and to notify his change of address.

Gilbert Stone will be appearing in bail court this morning.

Both vehicles in this accident sustained light damage.
