Gilbert is accused of resisting mall security

************************* Twenty-year-old Gilbert Wilson of #11-110 Wilding Avenue was arrested on the 13th of August at 1:25 p.m. at Wal-Mart and charged with one count of theft under $5,000 and one count of resist arrest.

It is alleged that on the 13th of August at approximately 1:20 p.m., the accused stole some items from the store and at the time of his arrest he resisted the store security officer.

He is to appear in court on the 14th of September.

************************* Thirty-nine-year-old Deborah Marino of 682 Albert Street West (rear) was arrested at the City Police station and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.

It is alleged that on the 11th of August around 3:17 p.m., the accused attended at the West 49 store in the Station Mall and stole some clothing from the store.

She is to appear in court on the 14th of September.
