The Islamic Association of Sault Ste. Marie is hosting an open house event, 'Know Your Neighbours.'
This will allow for people from different ethinic backgrounds and walks of life to get to know one another to promote diversity and cross-cultural understanding.
They will be serving shawarma, baqlwa, and Arabic coffee.
The event will take place on April 27 at 7 p.m. at 2 Tower St., at the Mosque.
