Employee benefits and discount program

For all full time employees who commit to a full season at Searchmont Resort, the skiing and riding is free. You'll receive a complimentary season pass. The staff pass is also each employee’s passport to a variety of deals that includes discounts of up to 50 percent off food, up to 25 percent off skis, snowboards and other retail items, 25 percent off rentals, 50 percent off private lessons and free group lessons.

- Bar manager - He/she is responsible for all banquet and beverage service of the Searchmont Ski Association Inc. (SSAI) which includes (but is not limited to): bar, wedding, function and catering operations. He/she will be familiar with and comply with all standards as set out by AGCO, LCBO and Algoma Public Health. He/she will assist in the preparation and implementation of annual budgets; hire, train and supervise subordinates; applies relevant marketing principles to assure that the wants and needs of guests are consistently exceeded. - Bartender/Server
