22-year old Gavin Anderson of no fixed address was charged with dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
It is alleged that, on June 27, the accused was driving a motor vehicle in a dangerous manner on Goulais Ave as a result he struck a PUC pole and a passenger in the vehicle received serious injuries.
He is scheduled to appear in WASH Court this morning.

A 15 year old male and a 15 year old female were charged with unlawfully in a dwelling house it is alleged that they were both in an abandoned residence on Gore St. stealing items.
The male was also arrested on an outstanding warrant of fail to appear prints.
Both are to appear in court on August 14 2012.
