I have received input/support from councillors on my previous e-mail. I think the best way to handle this is to remove this bill from the city records.

In other words, if this bill is paid by you - it is YOUR business and a personal matter.

If this bill is paid by the city, it is the city's business.

Again, I do not want to be an accomplice to your previous actions.
