Made in recognition with outstanding community interest and contribution to the community, this award has been named after Chamber of Commerce past President Paul Dalseg.

As president during the year of the Chambers 100th anniversary, Dalseg served as Campaign Chairman for the local United Way, twice President of the Sault Ste. Marie Rotary Club, Director of other non-profit community agencies, and privately supported hundreds of worthy causes.
