************************* Pisa Pizza robbery under investigation
City Police responded to an armed robbery last evening at the Pisa Pizza located on Second Line West.
At approximately 12:23 a.m., a lone male wearing a balaclava entered the business with a shotgun and demanded cash from the register.
The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash from the till.
Officers searched the area with negative results.
The male was described as being approximately 27-37 years of age, around 6’- 6’2”, 200 pounds, wearing dark clothing and a balaclava.
The investigation is continuing.

************************* Shoplifting arrest
Fifty-six-year-old Denis Theriault of no fixed address was arrested on the 1st of June at 3:25 p.m. at Sears in the Station Mall after he allegedly attended at the store yesterday and stole some clothing.
He is to appear in court on the 5th of July.
************************* Thefts
- Vehicles were entered in the West End and on Champagne Drive. Some of the items reported stolen included a cell phone and jewellery. - Bikes were reported stolen on Dennis Street, Crawford Avenue and the 300 block of Queen Street East.
- Two fridges, a stove, a wheelbarrow and a shelving unit were reported stolen from under a tarp in a yard of a residence in the 100 block of Birch Street.
************************* Mischief
A residence door was reported kicked in and damaged on Coulson Avenue.
