OPP NEWS RELEASE

***************************** Arrest made - local male charged

ELLIOTT LAKE - November 25, 2009 at approximately 5:08 p.m., officers of the East Algoma OPP attended a residence on Denison Road in Elliot Lake regarding a possible break, enter and theft.

On scene police learned that unknown person(s) had entered the residence between 4 and 5 p.m. while the homeowner was away.

Missing from the residence was a TV.

Today, November 26, 2009 with assistance of the crime unit, police arrested and charged a local male.

Charged with break, enter and theft is William Peter Vintinner (18) of Elliot Lake.

Vintinner is scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court on January 5, 2010.
