Here's what they said about the Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Corps at yesterday's award presentation:

************************ We salute the Sault Ste. Marie Ambassador Corps as this year's Chamber of Commerce President's Award recipient.

The Ambassador Corps began in 1987, with a mission to promote the Sault, locally and provincially in a non-partisan fashion, to promote the programs and objectives of the Chamber and to liaise between the Chamber and its membership.

Easily recognized by the blue coats, the members of the Ambassador Corps are volunteers and are present at events throughout the community.

They are professional meeters and greeters with Ontario SuperHost training who endeavor to make event participants and guests to our community feel welcome and answer any questions that they may have.

Always on the look-out for new members, the Ambassador Corps invites interested individuals to contact the Chamber office to find out more on how to become involved.

We salute the men and women of the Ambassador Corps for their tireless efforts and contributions to the community.

Thank you for making our community a better place to live, work, play and do business.
