At least one person was taken to hospital after this Saturday-morning crash at Great Northern Road and McNabb Street.

Three vehicles were involved, including a City of Sault Ste. Marie board of works truck whose driver was charged with running the red light.

The crash occurred at 8:22 a.m.

The City truck was southbound on Great Northern when it allegedly went through the light and was hit by two cars.

The female driver of one of the cars suffered what were believed to be minor injuries.

The driver of the second car was charged with one count of driving without a clear view due to a frosted front window.
