Orazietti campaign hits the ground running

If there's not going to be a provincial election anytime soon, somebody needs to have a wee chat with David Orazietti.

The Sault's newly minted Liberal candidate is defnitely hitting the ground running.

Even without a formal election call, Orazietti has a new website (click here), and a downtown office at 224-A Queen St. East (shown at left).

(We thought you should know that the office isn't yet officially open. To read the fine print on the sign beside the door, please click here.)

Orazietti started door-to-door campaigning earlier this week.

Interestingly, the media contact listed on Orazietti's news releases is Tiffany Caicco, wife of James Caicco, the Progressive Conservative candidate in the last provincial election.

In other political news, the local federal PCs have announced that federal leadership candidate Jim Prentice will visit the Sault next Tuesday.
