The Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons has found Sault Ste. Marie's Dr. Anthony Deluco guilty of professional misconduct against two patients who complained that he sexually abused them.

In a decision released today, the College dismissed similar complaints against Deluco filed by two other women.

"He engaged in acts relevant to the practice of medicine that having regard to all the circumstances, in relation to them, that would reasonably be regarded by members as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional," the College's Discipline Committee said.
