*************************** A 50-year-old male was arrested on the 18th of June at 11:25 a.m. at a downtown residence and charged with one count of breach of probation and two counts of breach of a release document. It is alleged that yesterday around 11:25 a.m., the accused attended at his girlfriend’s residence and pounded on the door and attempted to get in. Officers attended and arrested the accused who had just been released on conditions an hour earlier, due to a domestic-related assault the previous evening, with conditions he not attend at the victim’s residence. He was also on probation conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. The accused will appear in bail court this morning.

*************************** A 61-year-old male was arrested at his workplace at 2:10 p.m. yesterday and charged with one count of assault causing bodily harm. It is alleged that on the 17th of June in the evening hours, the accused and his girlfriend were walking on Trunk Road when they got into a verbal argument. The accused threw the victim to the ground, punched and kicked her. The victim had to attend at the hospital for the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries as a result. The accused is to appear in bail court this morning.

*************************** A 51-year-old male was arrested at 11:29 p.m. yesterday at his residence and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that on the 17th of June at approximately 9 p.m., the accused and his common-law wife were at a relative’s residence, where he pushed her into a dresser causing minor injuries. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

*************************** A 50-year-old male was arrested on the 18th of June at 2:14 a.m. at his residence and charged with two counts of assault and two counts of breach of probation. It is alleged that yesterday at approximately 1:45 a.m., the accused assaulted his common-law spouse by punching her in the face three times, grabbed her and pushed her into a wall. The victim received non-life-threatening injuries as a result. The accused is to appear in court on the 22nd of July.
