Four guys charged after Beer Store breakin

************************* At approximately 2:55 a.m. Monday July 2, the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service was notified of a break-in to the Beer Store located in the Churchill Plaza.

The attending officers along with the police canine then began a search and subsequently were led to a residence in the 100 block of Breton Road where products stolen from the beer store were located.

Four males located inside the residence were all arrested and charged.

Charged with possession of property obtained by crime are:

- Charles Walton, age 29, of 110 Breton Road Apt. 5. He will be appearing in court July 30.

- Ryan Elliott, age 23 of 110 Breton Road Apt. #1. He will be appearing in court July 30.

- Trevor Diboll, age 30, of 220 Hugill Street. Mr. Diboll is further charged with resisting arrest. At the time of his arrested the accused [allegedly] began kicking and punching at police. He will be appearing in bail court this morning.

- A 17-year-old male is also charge with possession of property obtained by crime He will be appearing in court July 31.
