SMOKEY'S BBQ PIT & PATIO

************************* Smokey’s BBQ Pit & Patio is pleased to announce that it will be hosting the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Canada model search.

Any women looking for a chance to pursue a possible modeling career, your time has come.

Starting Wednesday, June 25, four contestants per week will be chosen from our applicants to compete at Smokey’s BBQ Pit & Patio starting at 9 p.m.

The contestants will be judged in four separate categories: sportswear, evening gown, swim wear and personality.

The search will run for four weeks and one contestant per week will win a spot in the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Algoma regional finals, which will also be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2008, at Smokey’s BBQ Pit & Patio.

Every contestant will receive a free welcome package from some of our local sponsors which include: Molson Canada, Wingnuts, Greenhouse Spa, For His Eyes Only Photography Studio, Hollywood Limousines, Juiced and Forever Fit.

This model search will choose one winner from the Algoma District to compete in the Canadian finals at the Pointe-Calumet’s Beach Club on August 8, 9 and 10, 2008, just outside Montreal, Quebec where many activities, rehearsals, a luau dinner and photo shoots will be taking place.

Expenses will be covered and scouts will be on-site.

The Algoma District winner will also receive a $500 limousine package courtesy of Hollywood Limousines.

At the Pointe-Calumet’s Beach Club, the 2008 winners will win a one-week stay at one of the beautiful Breezes Resorts in the winter of 2009, sponsored by SuperClubs, Sunwing Vacations and Uniglobe Solerama of St. Eustache.

Five photogenic winners will win a wonderful one-week stay at the Breezes Runaway Bay in Jamaica, on January 9 through 16, 2009.
