Following last week's shooting incident at the Fort Hood Army Post that left 13 dead and dozens injured, Maj. Nidal Hasan will face 13 charges of premeditated murder.
Bearing two handguns, Hasan, an army psychiatrist, allegedly opened fire on unarmed soldiers on Thursday, November 5.
Hasan, aged 39, was shot by police during the altercation and is currently recovering in a San Antonio army hospital.
