************************* Male arrested for theft under $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime

Yesterday afternoon, City Police arrested 47-year-old Franklin Muise, of 597 Lake Street Apartment #5 and charged him with one count of theft under $5,000 and one count of possession of property obtained by crime.

It is alleged that the accused entered the Foot Locker Store in the Station Mall and stole four t-shirts [not exactly as illustrated] valued at approximately $79.

The accused was arrested outside the store by mall security and turned over to police.

It is further alleged that once the accused was searched by police that clothing belonging to the Zellers Store, in the Station Mall, was located on his person.

Mr. Muise will be appearing in court on September 21 at 9 a.m.
