************************* An 18-year-old male was arrested on the 8th of October at Sault Ste. Marie Police Service and charged with one count of criminal harassment and three counts of breach of probation. It is alleged that the accused has harassed his ex-girlfriend for the past two months by continuously attended at her place of employment and other places she was at. At the time the accused was on probation with conditions that he not attend at her place of employment, to not harass, molest, or in any manner interfere with her and he was to keep the peace and be good.

************************* A 23-year-old male was arrested at a West End residence and charged with one count of assault and three counts of breach of probation. It is alleged that on the 8th of October at 6:40 p.m., the accused attended at the residence of ex-girlfriend and assaulted her. At the time of the incident the accused was on probation with conditions that he not attend at the victim’s residence, not to communicate with her and he was to keep the peace and be good. ************************* A 45-year-old male was arrested on the 9th of October at 12:15 a.m. at his residence and charged with one count of threatened death or bodily harm and one count of criminal harassment. It is alleged that in the past four months the accused has criminally harassed his ex-common-law partner by continuously attended at her place of employment, leaving notes for her and communicating with her. The accused had been previously warned to stay away from her and not to harass her. The accused also threatened to kill her and any person that she began a relationship with.

************************* A 21-year-old male was arrested on the 10th of October at 4:25 a.m. at his residence and charged with one count of assault, one count of resist arrest and one count of forcible confinement. It is alleged that on the 9th of October the accused assaulted his girlfriend while at his residence. When the victim attempted to leave the accused continued to assault her and would not let her go. When officers attended at the residence and attempted to arrest him, the accused continuously struggled, pulled away and refused to comply with the officers. The victim received non-life-threatening injuries.

************************* A 23-year-old male was arrested on the 10th of October at 2:20 p.m. on McNabb Street and charged with one count of mischief under $5,000, one count of breach of probation and three counts of breach of a release document. It is alleged on the 10th of October the accused attended at a local storage location when his ex-girlfriend was present, got into a verbal argument with her while there and damaged some of her personal belongings. At the time he was on probation and a recognizance order not to communicate with the victim, not attend where the victim is present and further he was to keep the peace and be good.
