Fishtailing trailer leads to truck rollover

************************* Minor injuries in vehicle rollover

AWERES TWP, ON - On Friday, March 5 at 11 a.m., OPP investigated a single vehicle rollover on Highway 17 in Aweres Township.

A Dodge pickup truck towing a 16-foot trailer carrying three ATVs was travelling northbound when the trailer started to fishtail striking the east side guide rails causing the vehicle and trailer to spin around and rollover into the east side ditch.

There were six occupants in the vehicle.

Ambulance was dispatched as one of the passenger’s female passengers received minor injuries.

The truck and trailer had to be towed.

No charges have been laid.

FENWICK TWP, ON - On March 6, OPP investigated damage to a snow machine in the 1000 block of Marlette Drive in Fenwick Township.

The snow machine was located in the backyard of the owner’s property and within the past three days person(s) unknown vandalized the interior engine area by tearing off the throttle cable, cutting the pull cord and breaking the spark plug cables.
