This new architect's rendering of the new secondary school to be built on Sault Ste. Marie's North Street will be featured on a new-school website due for activation by the Algoma District School Board sometime next week.

The site was sneak-previewed last night by a gathering of school trustees.

Replacing Bawating Collegiate and Vocational School and Sir James Dunn Collegiate and Vocational School, the new two-storey facility teaching Grades 7 through 12 will be constructed on the existing Bawating site.

Construction is to begin this summer, with the addition expected to open in September, 2011.
