Local businesses team up to keep winter going

Nobody expected this crazy weather during the middle of April, but its here and conditions are going to be incredible. We have received over 30 cm in past two days, and the forecast for the weekend looks perfect. With warmer temperatures, sunny skies and our Slush Cup, everyone will be having a great time!

Searchmont Resort will open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (April 20, 21, and 22). Lodge open at 9 a.m. and lifts spin at 10 a.m.

The Double, Triple, and the Poma lift will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday we will be offering our bus service. Pick up will be at 9 a.m. at the south side of Station Mall. Round trip tickets $15, one way $10.

Skiing is free for 2017/18 and 2018/19 season pass holders.

Pricing for non season pass holders:

• $25 for adults     
• $20 for youth/seniors
• $10 for junior  

All rentals are $20.

Snow school and outpost are closed for season.

Eatery will open at 11 a.m. and you will be able to snack on hamburgers, hot dogs and sausages.

A limited number of villas will be available to rent for this weekend at $149/night. To book villas or chalets you can contact Customer Service at 1-800-663-2546.
