A loyal SooToday.com reader was downtown at the time of the OPP cruiser crash we reported on earlier today.

While assessing the situation, our reader snapped this, er, rather interesting photograph.

He sent it to us with the following note:

************************* I was working on Spring Street at the time of the accident.

I was going to take a picture of the accident but I ran into a Disney character.

So on a happier side I took this picture instead.

Who knows, maybe he witnessed the accident?

He certainly was there at the time.
