SAULT STE. MARIE - Registration for the 2017 Queen Street Cruise is now open! Click here to join the ride and register today. June 16-17, 2017.

Co-Chair Gary Trembinski remembers the good old days, and explains that the Queen Street Cruise is like taking a trip down memory lane.

“It is a time to remember the good old days and a time to reconnect with old friends you haven't seen in years. It is a weekend to invite friends and family from out of town to relive our past and forget about the pressures of today,” he said.

Committee member, City Councilor Susan Myers shared that the inaugural Queen Street Cruise event in 2016 was a blast.

“Totally reminiscent of the fun days growing up in the 60s. I am looking forward to seeing more great cars and many more happy smiles at this year's event,” she said.

The Queen Street Cruise is a fast growing annual event that celebrates the nostalgia of what used to be. Fast cars, good friends and rock and roll. The Cruise invites car lovers to come together and go back in time; cruising the streets, showcasing their rides, and enjoying good old fun.

With the vision of a small group of individuals and the help of the citizens of Sault Ste. Marie and surrounding area, the Queen Street Cruise has grown from a dream into a reality.

Car enthusiasts from all over Canada and the United States are welcome to Cruise Queen Street and show off their cars in a place where time doesn’t exist.

The 2017 event promises to be bigger and better, bringing new and exciting elements to the Cruise.

This year, the Cruise will be run in conjunction with the Lock’s Big Picnic at the Sault Ste. Marie Canal, and ARCH’s Dragonfly Day. The committee is very pleased to announce its partnership with ARCH, with profits from the Queen Street Cruise registrations going directly to Hospice in support of their ongoing care and compassion for the residents of Sault Ste. Marie and surrounding area.

The Queen Street Cruise Committee would also like to thank all of the generous Community Partners and Sponsors that have made this event possible.

Please note that this event is open to all vehicles, regardless, of make, model or year. If you have something you’re proud of and want to show off, “Join the Ride!”

We can now be found on Facebook and Instagram, as well as our website. Register today! #JOIN THE RIDE
