The scheduled September 29 execution of the man who killed Sault Ste. Marie’s Sarah Positano has been postponed by a court ruling.
The Ohio Supreme Court today granted James Earl Trimble's motion for a delay until all of his state appeals are exhausted.
Trimble, 48, is on death row in the Ohio State Penitentiary.
