Error reported with Kiwanis 50/50 tickets

THE KIWANIS CLUB OF LAKESHORE

************************* (January 22) - The Kiwanis Club of Lakeshore hereby advises that the sale of tickets for the Bon Soo Trivia Night 50/50 Draw is halted.

An error has been made to include the term “Bon Soo” on the draw tickets and in fact the 50/50 draw is not a Bon Soo event.

Proceeds of the draw will go to the Kiwanis Club of Lakeshore Charities Trust Account for distribution to local charities, not to the Bon Soo Winter Carnival.

For tickets already sold, the draw will take place as scheduled at the Holiday Inn, Bay Street, Sault Ste. Marie, on February 7, 2008 at 10 p.m. during the Kiwanis Bon Soo Trivia Night event.

The Kiwanis Club of Lakeshore regrets the error and apologizes for any misunderstanding we may have caused.
