GOULAIS RIVER, ON - Sault Ste. Marie OPP were called to Kelly Creek Road in Goulais River over the weekend after an pickup truck smashed into a hydro pole.

On Saturday morning at about 6 a.m. a motorist traveling on Kelly Creek Road in Goulais River found a pickup truck upside down in a ditch with hydro wires lying across the truck.

Police arrived to find no one in the truck and no one around the area.

It appears that the truck was traveling on Kelly Creek Road when the truck entered the ditch and snapped a hydro pole.

The truck came to rest upside down with the hydro wires on the truck.

So far, the driver of the vehicle has not come forward to offer an explanation.
