************************* Forty-six-year-old Edward Miller of 502 Trailer Park Road in Naughton, Ontario was arrested today at 1:53 a.m. on Huron Street at Queen Street West.

It is alleged that at 1:38 a.m. this morning, City Police received a call that a GMC pickup had struck a light pole at the corner of Queen Street West and Huron Street.

When officers arrived they found the driver under the influence of alcohol.

The accused failed a roadside screening device breathalyzer test and was arrested.

Miller was charged with one count of consume over the legal limit.

He is to appear in court on the 14th of December.
