Dustin Brechin passes out in truck, beers on his lap

************************* Twenty-eight-year-old Dustin Brechin of 623 Shafer Avenue was arrested on the 18th of January at 8 a.m. on Wellington Street West and charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of consume over the legal limit.

It is alleged that just before 8 a.m., City Police received information regarding a possible impaired driver in the area of Wellington Street West.

A witness reported that a male appeared to be passed out in the driver’s seat of a GMC pickup.

When police arrived, they located the male passed out inside the truck with two half bottles of beer on his lap.

When they woke him up he was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

He is to appear in court on the 23rd of February.
