Dust-up at the Algonquin leads to charges

20 year old Jean Yade of NFA [no fixed address] was charged with assault, mischief under $5000 and breach of probation.

It is alleged that on the 27 of June 2012 the accused was at the Algonquin Motel where he assaulted a female and then proceeded to damage a sign on the property.

The accused was also on probation at the time violated the condition of to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

He is scheduled to appear in court on August 13 2012.
