************************* Forty-two-year-old Paul Mitchell of #2-644 Wellington Street West was arrested on the 30th of November at 12:25 a.m. at his residence on outstanding warrants and charged with two counts of threatening death or bodily harm.

It is alleged that on the 11th of September the accused called the City Police station and made death threats towards two City Police officers.
