Driver won't provide a sample. Charges ensue

On the 6th of July at approximately 1 a.m. city police officers while conducting a RIDE check on Carmens Way stopped a driver identified as Heidi Robinson.

As a result of the stop a roadside demand was made and the driver failed to provide a sample.

She was charged with failing to provide a sample and given a court date of August 11 2014.
