Driver hurt in Alexandra St collision

*************************** Motor vehicle collisions with injuries

On May 27 at approximately 1:17 p.m., two vehicles were involved in a collision near the 200 block of Alexandra Street.

Both cars were westbound.

The lead vehicle, driven by a 54-year-old female, swerved to the right then attempted an apparent u-turn but struck the other vehicle that was passing on the left.

This vehicle was being driven by a 49-year-old female.

The driver of the lead vehicle sustained injury to her right arm that required medical attention.

No charges were laid.
