************************* Thirty-eight-year-old Mark Jordan of 710 Second Line West was issued a summons under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario following a single-motor-vehicle accident that he was involved in on the 24th of August at 1:53 p.m. on Wallace Terrace at Prentice Avenue.

At that time it is alleged that the accused was driving his van east on Wallace Terrace and then veered off the roadway across the westbound lanes and struck a utility pole on the southeast corner at Prentice Avenue.

He was subsequently charged with failing to drive in marked lane.

Mr. Jordan was uninjured as a result of the collision, while his vehicle sustained severe damage.

The utility pole sustained some damage and the Public Utilities Commission was notified as a result.
